These are empty eGo cartomizers, the latest Joye Tech product! Each one has a disposable atomizer and a built-in empty cartridge. Each cartomizer can carry about 1.8ml e-juice (it was designed to hold 2.5ml, but we suggest not fill over 1.8ml). You should use a juice injector to fill these. (They can be found in the accessories section) This price is per carto (1).
