We flat rate ship with USPS Priority. We ship Monday through Saturday. The Flat Rate Priority Mail (2-3) day shipping is 5.50 USD no matter how much you order. If you order 85.00 USD or more, your order ships for free! (within the US). Please see the "About Us" page for International shipping rates. (If you need your country added please contact us.) Vaporgalaxy is not responsible for seizures of goods by customs. Please note it may take up to 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive. Shipping time can vary greatly depending on weather, customs and other shipping factors. Rest assured your order has shipped but it may take some time to arrive.
VaporGalaxy does NOT accept returns on E-Liquid. VaporGalaxy will warranty products for (21) Days from purchase. If there is a supplemental warranty from the manufacturer, after the 21 days, the consumer is responsible to follow up directly with said manufacterer. If you are having a problem with any parts in your starter kits, you may ship the part back to us and we will examine the part and ship you a replacement. Same goes for parts (Batteries, Atomizers. ect.) You must contact VaporGalaxy before sending anything back to us for a request to have it replaced. As far as refunds go, we do not do those, as an E-Cig is ultimately a consumable product. Thank you.
